Leadership training gets completed, and no one can say what improved.
A leader's view of their own leadership often differs from what their people experience.
Performance reviews and engagement surveys don't show what a leader should do differently.
Companies spend on leadership development without knowing what each leader needs most.
The assessment compares each leader's view of their own leadership with the view of the people who see it every day.
Compare how you see your leadership with how the people you work with experience it, and find out what to practice first.
Give one leader evidence of how they lead, or see how your executive team leads as a team.
Give every leader evidence before their leadership development begins. Every assessment includes privacy protections and a debrief.

What the people who answered described.
A conversation with us about your results and what to do next.
How you see your leadership next to how others see it, for every behaviour.
The behaviours people see consistently, so you keep using what works.
The behaviours that will make the biggest difference for your team.
Where your view and others' views differ most.
What to practice, in order.
Best for a leader who wants evidence of how they lead, or a company developing one leader.
The leader assesses themselves and is assessed by the people who work with them, including their supervisor, peers and the people they lead, and gets their report and a 45-minute debrief.
Best for executive teams of four to eight people, including the CEO.
Each executive assesses themselves and is assessed by the rest of the executive team and the people they lead. Each executive gets their own report and a 45-minute debrief, and the team gets its shared results with no one named and a team debrief.
1
Schedule a discovery call
We confirm who's being assessed and who they'll invite.
2
Complete the assessment
Each leader and the people they work with complete the assessment.
3
Everyone answers based on what they've seen
Each question asks about a specific behaviour over the last three months.
4
We prepare your report
A person at LoyaltyOps reviews and approves every report before it's sent.
5
Talk through your results
The debrief turns them into a plan for the year ahead.
Every competency and behaviour in the assessment is based on published research on what makes leaders and teams effective, including work from Harvard, Gallup and Google.
Each question asks about one specific action, so the results show exactly what to practice.
Each group of people who answered appears in a report only once enough of them have answered, so no one can be identified.
Each leader decides what to share, and whoever paid is told only that the assessment was completed.
Results are never used in decisions about pay, promotion or performance reviews.
In a Team Assessment, only the team, whoever paid, and LoyaltyOps see the team's results, with no one named.
Answers are kept for 15 months after the last assessment, then deleted.
No. Any leader can take the Single Leader Assessment, and any executive team of four to eight people can take the Team Assessment.
About 30 minutes for each person who answers, including the leader. Each leader also gets a 45-minute debrief, and a Team Assessment adds a 60-minute team debrief.
Your results belong to you, and you decide what to share. Whoever paid is told only that the assessment was completed. For a Team Assessment, only the team, whoever paid, and LoyaltyOps see the team’s results.
Yes. Each leader can take a Single Leader Assessment, and an executive team can take the Team Assessment together.
The leader answers about themselves, and either the leader or sponsor chooses who else answers. For a Single Leader Assessment, that can include their supervisor, up to five peers, up to seven people they lead and up to two others. For a Team Assessment, every other executive on the team answers, along with people each executive leads.
Names are never attached to answers, apart from a supervisor, who is the only person in that group. Each group appears in a report only once enough people in it have answered.
No. It measures leadership behaviours other people can see, such as how clearly a leader sets expectations and how they respond when a commitment is missed, so the results show what to practice.
Yes. If a leader takes it again within 15 months, their report compares the new results with the earlier ones.
Whether it's for you, one leader or your executive team, it starts with a 30-minute discovery call.
