People get different answers depending on who they ask.
Your values are written down, and they rarely shape real decisions.
Everyone is busy, and the most important priorities still slip.
Problems get raised too late.
Work stalls between people and teams.
The same issues come back every quarter.
Two questions show where your team is. Do your people know what matters most and what good work looks like? Can they make good decisions without being told?
Wait to be told

Many teams are in Top-down, and adding more rules and process usually keeps them there. We help you get your team to Moving as one.
Not sure where your team is? Talk it through on a discovery call.
Book A Discovery CallSome of the world's best-known companies give every leader a short set of principles for making decisions, raising disagreement, and owning results. We help you build your own, in your leaders' words, and we advise your leaders as they use them every day.
People decide well on their own when they know three things:
Before
Each leader leads their own way.
After
Every leader works by the same standards.
Before
People get mixed signals and wait to be told.
After
People make decisions at the right level and raise problems early.
Before
Priorities slip, and the culture depends on who's leading.
After
Priorities get delivered, people work well across teams, and the culture lasts.
That comes from how they learn to work together, and we help leaders build the same habits in their own teams.
01
Our frameworks were developed from Tier 1 Special Forces methods.
02
Our leadership and decision-making practices are adapted from some of the world's best-known companies.
03
Everything we do is based on how people actually behave, so new habits last.
04
Every engagement tracks priorities delivered, decisions made at the right level, alignment, and retention of key people.
LoyaltyOps was founded by Mickey Anderson and Kyle Anderson, who bring together two decades of work with leaders and a career in Tier 1 Special Forces.

CO-FOUNDER
Mickey has spent two decades building businesses and advising leadership teams, with a background in organizational performance, behavioural psychology, and growth strategy. She leads LoyaltyOps.

CO-FOUNDER
Kyle served 21 years in the military, 15 of them in Tier 1 Special Forces as an Assaulter, and he served as a Detachment Commander. He developed the LoyaltyOps frameworks from Tier 1 Special Forces methods.
Together, those methods and Mickey's work with leaders shape everything we do. Every client works with an experienced senior advisor and can reach their advisor between sessions.
For leaders responsible for results through other people: a founder with 12 people, a department head, or a CEO with 250.
WHERE MOST CLIENTS START

For leadership teams at companies with 50 to 300 people. Over six months, your leadership team agrees on the direction, sets the standards every leader works by, and decides who owns each decision across your organization.
For organizations that want a clear first step. Leadership Workshops give your leaders practical tools for clarity, communication, collaboration, and accountability, virtually or onsite. War Games gives your leadership team two days onsite to learn a planning process and use it on a real objective.
LoyaltyOps is a leadership development firm, and our 1:1 work is advisory. Advisory includes what good coaching offers, like thoughtful questions and honest feedback, and it adds direct advice from an experienced advisor, frameworks you can use with your people right away, access to your advisor between sessions, and results we track in your organization. The work is built to change how everything you lead works, starting with how you lead your people.
